Superintendent for a Type V Mixed-Use Project in Downtown LA.

They are seeking a Superintendent to oversee a Type V, Mixed-Use project in Downtown LA.
Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead the construction team on-site, overseeing all aspects of the project.
- Safety Champion : Prioritize safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control : Ensure work meets high-quality standards and aligns with project specifications.
- Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and resources.
- Budget Oversight : Monitor project costs, track expenses, and make informed decisions to stay within budget.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address constructability issues.
- Problem Solving : Proactively address on-site challenges and find practical solutions.
- Reporting : Regularly update project progress and communicate effectively with the team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years as a Construction Superintendent for Mixed-Use projects
- Technical Skills : Proficient in construction software and project management tools.
- Leadership : Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
