A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant - Referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Set up members within the case management system and process all referrals within 24 hours of receipt
Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals and correspondence
Identify trends in referral patterns and communicate them with management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; medical or managed care background preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and referral criteria
Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
