Field Service Engineer - Solar PV & BESS Sites
About the Role
TGRC is currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract position in Dallas, TX.
This role involves working on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites, providing critical maintenance and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance : Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar PV and BESS systems.
Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site issues.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Reporting : Maintain detailed records of all work performed and provide regular updates to management.
Customer Interaction : Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Background : Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Solar PV and BESS systems.
Skills : Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, with strong diagnostic skills.
Licenses : Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites as needed.
Certifications : NABCEP certification is a plus.
