Job Description

Karma Games is a growing team based in Berlin / Germany, always on the lookout for new members. Our goal is to become one of the leading publishers of mid-to heavy strategy games. We strive to create strong evergreen board games, that enter the top 200 on Boardgamegeek and that will keep being played & reprinted in 10+ years. To achieve this goal, we work hard, create world-class processes with a lot of automation and keep growing as a team. This way, we get a lot done despite being a small team with limited resources.
