Job description

HIRING Dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of Sales, Marketing, in Property Restoration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. EQ.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the local market within 60 miles of Hartford, CT.
  • Experience in the Restoration, construction, property and or Insurance industry
