HIRING Dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
Qualifications :
- 2 years of Sales, Marketing, in Property Restoration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
- Proven track record of success in developing new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. EQ.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the local market within 60 miles of Hartford, CT.
- Experience in the Restoration, construction, property and or Insurance industry
