We are providing an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is central to our operations, primarily dealing with order processing and inventory management.
The Inventory Analyst will work closely with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities :
- Liaise with suppliers to facilitate the receipt of goods and ensure the timely processing of purchase orders.
- Monitor and balance inventory levels regularly to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
- Engage in customer interactions, resolving any issues related to orders and settlements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory and transactions.
- Process approximately 20 shipments daily, ensuring accuracy in all stages of the supply chain.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Apply customer service skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct annual physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, anticipate demand, and make data-driven decisions.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Strong communication skills are required
- Customer service experience is highly desirable
- Experience with annual physical inventory is required
- Knowledge of purchase orders is necessary
