Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting payors and patients

Document account actions and maintain productivity goals while ensuring quality standards

Assist with special projects and communicate findings to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred

1-4 years of medical claims and / or hospital collections experience

Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
