Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Experience :
- Minimum of X years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Proficient in performing gastric lavage, health coaching, dermal fillers, administering injections, infant care, acute care, patient assessment, nursing home care, catheter care, and ICU procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Qualifications :
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
