Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing therapy services to patients with various physical conditions.

Duties :
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their health and wellness.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress notes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensures as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
