- $65,000-$75,000 annual salary
- Based in Arvada, CO 80002
- In-person full-time : 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Service technician
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the roofing industry
- Strong ability to work independently
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Responsibilities :
- Perform commercial roof inspections and complete service repairs on jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop cost estimates for roofing projects
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, budget, and resource allocation

You will manage and ensure the safe and efficient completion of roofing service projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who can effectively and independently lead our roofing service operations.
