We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at Little Friends. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners aged 3 to 5 years old.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities :

  • Curriculum Development : Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschoolers.
  • Create a well-rounded curriculum that includes language development, math concepts, science exploration, creative arts, and social skills.
  • Classroom Management : Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where each child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to express themselves.
  • Establish and maintain clear and consistent behavior expectations, ensuring a respectful and cooperative learning environment.
  • Individualized Learning : Recognize and accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs within the classroom.
  • Provide one-on-one support when necessary, ensuring each child's progress is monitored and documented.
  • Parental Communication : Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
  • Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss developmental milestones and address any questions or concerns.
  • Health and Safety : Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and emergency procedures.
  • Professional Development : Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience teaching preaschool.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
