Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop And Maintain Strong, Long-Lasting Relationships With All Your Members.
- Serve As The Main Point Of Contact For Member Inquiries, Requests, And Escalations.
- Conduct Regular Check-Ins I.E Phone Calls, Texts, Zoom Calls, Emails And F2F Meetings With Your Members To Understand Their Needs, Goals, And Challenges.
- Account Planning And Strategy
- Listen Attentively And Collaborate With Your Members To Develop Account Plans And Strategies To Achieve Mutual Objectives.
- Identify Up-selling And Cross-Selling Opportunities Within Existing Members & Vendor Partners.
- Develop Customized Solutions And Proposals To Meet Your Members Needs.
- Revenue Growth And Retention
- Drive Revenue Growth By Identifying Opportunities To Expand Services And Solutions Within Each Member’s Business.
- Monitor Account Performance And Identify Areas For Improvement Or Optimization.
- Proactively Address Any Issues Or Concerns To Ensure Your Members Satisfaction And Retention.
- Risk Management And Issue Resolution
- Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Issues That May Impact Member Satisfaction Or Performance.
- Act As A Liaison Between Members And Internal Teams To Address Any Issues Or Concerns In A Timely And Effective Manner.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a business development role and / or sales related field - Minimum 3-5 yrs. experience.
- Examples of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (because in this role, communication is KEY)
- The ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven Must be a TEAM Player with the ability to also work independently.
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight in territory.
- Convention Show Travel is required.
