Executive Chef Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen management
- Rockstar at managing food purchasing / ordering, inventory, setting up par levels and recipe selection in a high-profile environment
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, thrives under pressure and is solution-oriented
- Strong financial acumen
- Formal culinary degree and bi-lingual preferred
- Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass FAA on-ramp security clearance
Executive Chef Duties :
- Interview, hire, train and develop new and existing culinary personnel
- Prepare meals based on seasonality and client needs with a focus on flawless execution
- Develop recipes, promotional foods or tastings and source high-quality ingredients
- Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions as needed
- Coordinate in-person visits with clients, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) for menu proposals and recipe development
- Maintain updated knowledge of culinary packaging products and consumer dining trends
