General Statement of Job : As a Retail Concierge Specialist, you will be the welcoming face and guiding force behind providing exceptional customer service experiences in a retail environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives personalized assistance, guidance, and support throughout their shopping journey.
You will serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the retail establishment, offering information, recommendations, and assistance tailored to their needs and preferences.
The goal is to elevate the overall shopping experience and foster long-term customer loyalty. This position reports to the Retail Operations Supervisor. Essential Job Functions :
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and establish a rapport to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized assistance to customers by understanding their requirements, answering queries, proactively anticipating needs, and responding to incoming requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of the store's product offerings, features, and benefits to guide customers through a personalized experience effectively
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction
- Provide a smooth operation of the boutique, facilitating seamless communication between the clients, while maintaining a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for the customers
- Offer guidance and assistance to customers navigating the store layout, locating specific products, and accessing various departments or amenities
- Gather and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to the appropriate department or management for continuous improvement
- Ensure the retail environment is always welcoming, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
- Perform other related duties as required Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of either US military or law enforcement experience
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and sales techniques
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification;

- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed What we can offer :
