Your role as a HR / Payroll assistant
As a Full Time HR / Payroll Assistant at Brewer Companies, you will play a crucial role in our human resources and payroll functions.
Your responsibilities will include new hire onboarding, filing, payroll processing, and ensuring accuracy in all reports.
Additionally, you will assist with employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other employment matters.
Your attention to detail will be essential as you help prepare human resource reports on attendance, retention, and turnover.
Maintaining accurate records will be a key part of your daily tasks, and you will also be expected to perform any other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our HR and payroll processes.
