Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Other Qualifications
- Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally.
- One-year experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building maintenance trades
- Knowledge of manual and mechanical and electrical hand tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours and weekend assignments.
- Must be able to operate a forklift, light truck and other related motorized equipment.
