About The Position
Job Details
Start Date : Immediately
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Schedule : Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
- Conduct counseling and intakes, including initial assessments for individual and group therapy
- Manage a caseload of 1-12 individual patients, with group sessions limited to a maximum of 2 at a time
- Document patient progress and treatment plans throughout the process
Requirements :
- Experience : At least 1 year preferred; candidates with substance abuse experience are highly sought after.
- Licenses / Certifications : Virginia state license required (LCSW or LPC preferred)
