Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- For Part-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week
- Establish and maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and take part in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Contribute to a tight-knit team culture
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- L icensed mental health professional (LAPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Ability to pass a background check
