Your Role :
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager Supply Chain, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for planning / forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and special projects.
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain finance team and will support a variety of financial activities such as planning, analysis, and reporting for Supply Chain.
This includes reporting of financial results, forecasts, annual planning process, variance analysis, data consolidation, and special projects.

You will have the opportunity to :
- Support actual, forecast, and annual plan reporting.
- SG&A forecasting, analysis, and presentation to the leadership team.
- Coordinate forecast inputs and work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data.
- Communicate critical financial information from Supply Chain to the broader organization, working closely with corporate finance teams, functional leadership, and the Business Units.
- Support Supply Chain initiatives, including freight and warehousing reporting and process improvements.
- Support the development of the annual Capital Investment portfolio with finance and functional leadership.
- KPI monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in special projects.
- Ad-hoc analysis

We need you to have :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiar with ERP systems (i.e., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, other ERP systems).
- Experience in data, operational, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work to continually improve processes and performance to drive results.
