We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic wealth management team. In this key role, you'll partner closely with our wealth advisors to deliver a top-tier client experience while gaining valuable exposure to the full spectrum of financial planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with wealth advisors to support clients and seamlessly onboard new client relationships.
Gather and organize client financial information, including statements, tax returns, and insurance policies, to prepare for client meetings.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, from preparing account paperwork and securing signatures to coordinating with custodians (Schwab) for asset transfers and portfolio implementation.
Provide day-to-day client support by handling requests, preparing for client meetings, and following up on action items.
Become proficient in financial custodian processes and act as the go-to contact for client inquiries, offering prompt and professional responses.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
Uphold firm processes while actively seeking out ways to enhance workflows and efficiency.
Maintain accurate and compliant client records and CRM data.
Continuously expand your knowledge of financial planning, including investments, taxes, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.
Provide essential administrative support, including managing correspondence and handling organizational tasks.
What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of experience in a client service role, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
