Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Pleasanton.

As a Senior Product Manager in our Pharma Analytics division, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and drive the development of world-class products that have a significant impact on the biopharma industry.

A day in the life

  • Take charge of planning, developing, and implementing product roadmaps for our Pharma Analytics portfolio.
  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to assess market demands, recognize potential areas for growth, and foster product innovation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the biopharma analytics market
  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to ensure successful product launches.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that our products meet and exceed their expectations
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our products and drive growth

Keys to Success

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management, product development, field applications support or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of biopharma QA / QC requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing product strategies and delivering flawless product launches.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $155, $215,

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
