Hours : 35 hours per week
About Us : Soliant Education is dedicated to providing exceptional educational support and services. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students needs.
- Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Assist with behavioral and academic goals set for each student.
Requirements :
- MA RBT Certification is required.
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality support and intervention.
