Job Title / High-Level Position Summary :

Do you love animals? Are you working in the veterinary industry but looking for a change with the opportunity to train other veterinary professionals on the latest veterinary technologies on the market? Companion Animal Health is looking for you!

The Field Service Representative (FSR) position supports all Companion Animal Health products with a strong emphasis on hardware and accessory installation, software connectivity, and end-user hands-on technical and medical training. The FSR drives the implementation of Companion Animal Health products through comprehensive training to clinic staff to ensure proper operation of equipment and product use optimization. The FSR is responsible for driving sales activity for new and existing customers for products with consumable components. Additionally, the FSR is responsible for developing rapport with customers and enhancing Companion Animal Health brand awareness in veterinary hospitals.

The FSR position requires extensive travel (50%+) with effective call routing, frequent clinic visits, and overnight travel (based on territory size and demand).

Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Installations, User Training, and Field Support

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product installations and user training.

Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product technical issues on site.
