ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable insurance career by having their own agency in the future!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales, Sales, Sales!
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
BENEFITS :
- Salary plus commission / bonus
- 1st year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $50k to $70k
- 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $60k to $80k
- 3rd year - a successful, highly motivated person can plan on establishing their own agency that generates $250k or more!
