SUMMARY
Works inconjunction with various departments such as Production support andManufacturing Engineering of two buildings to ensure that machinesor equipment are properly maintained or repaired when necessary.
Maintain a comprehensive TotalProductive Maintenance (TPM) program to ensure machines are fullyoperational and manufacturing is not disrupted by unplannedoutages.
POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES .
- Perform electrical ormechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in nonfunctioningelectromechanical equipment used in the manufacturingprocess
- Dismantle adjust repair andassemble equipment according to layout plans blueprints operatingmanuals or drawings
- Use test and diagnostic equipmentto perform checkouts
- Rebuild manufacturing equipmentas required
- May perform equipmentmodifications as directed by manufacturingengineers
- All employees are responsible forthe Quality of their work to ensure meets or exceeds CustomerSatisfaction.
- Communicate professionally withmachine manufacturers parts suppliers andsubcontractors
- Manage parts ordered withsuppliers
- Manage appropriately machinesubcontractors to include they meet safety requirements andcompany’s protocols
- Perform daily weekly monthlysemiannual and annual TPM activities for all the equipment toensure overall efficiency reducing down time and maximizing uptime
- Maintain relationships with keythirdparty vendors and OEM manufacturers to identify critical spareparts for key equipment

- 2year degree preferred orequivalent combination of education and experience as approved byexecutive management
- 3 years of mechanical orelectrical experience
- Proficient with handheldmechanical and power tools and testequipment
- Demonstrate qualityworkmanship
- Effective problem solving skillsand the ability to identify viable solutions under moderatesupervision
