Job Summary
High volume, out-patient Medical Imaging center is hiring a Marketing Representative. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating new patient referrals and maintaining existing patient referrals by establishing good working relationships with staff members of all offices.
They will be required to visit new doctor offices and law firms every day to create and gain the trust of the local medical community.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Research, plan, identify and visit new referring groups in assigned territories.
- Maintain all current physician and attorney groups with bi-weekly visits.
- Organize and schedule lunches, happy hours, and / or marketing events with physicians and attorneys.
- Create and promote portal access for all referring physicians and / or their staff.
- Drop off requisition pads and / or CDs as requested.
- Create weekly marketing reports formatted with the required marketing template.
- Participate in monthly marketing meetings.
- Visit home site daily, to build and maintain a relationship with fellow team members.
- Work together, as a team, with site managers to better assist patients and referring physicians.
- Report all feedback and requests to the Director of Marketing.
- Provide responses to all e-mails and / or requests from referring physicians or colleagues in a timely manner.
Experience :
Medical Marketing experience (preferred)
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree and / or Associate's Degree (preferred)
