Customer Experience Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager to support the Professional Services group in delivering seamless implementations and outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities : Drive process improvements and oversee the implementation of new programs and toolsCollaborate with management to optimize resource and capacity management using PSA solutionsLead financial operations including bookings, revenue forecasting, and strategic insightsQualifications : 4+ years in an operations or process improvement role within a growing SaaS companyPrior experience supporting a Professional Services or Implementation team in an operational capacityExperience with financial operations and familiarity with CRM systems and project management toolsProficiency with PSA applications and Salesforce;
administrative experience is a plusSelf-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and proactive approach to challenges
