Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Risk Manager to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Conducts risk assessments, and collects and analyzes documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends
Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization’s services and departments
Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols, makes recommendations, and implements modifications and improvements
Recommends and implements risk management solutions, such as security policies, Business Continuity Plans, or recovery measures
Drafts and presents Risk Reports and proposals to executive program leadership and senior program staff to include management of the Risk Management Board
Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
Five or more (5+) years of position-relevant work experience
Experience with project management, specifically managing schedules and risk
Experience supporting Federal acquisition programs
Experience with implementing risk management processes, tools, and reporting
Knowledge of risk management coordination across stakeholders to draft risk statements, validate impacts of risks, and present in PowerPoint and dashboard
Ability to identify, track, and monitor risk, and develop Risk Mitigation Plans in accordance with risk management principles
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree and relevant industry standard certifications such as Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Clearance Requirements :
This position requires an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
