Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain excellent patient relations.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims, including HMO, PPO, and Medi-Cal.
- Ensure compliance with dental office policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in the dental field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Superior customer service and patient communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes (HMO, PPO, and Medi-Cal).
- Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
