You will ensure execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and goals through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.
You will report to the Senior District Manager, Branch Network and this role is based in Omaha, NE. You Will : Oversee a team up to 8 employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensuring goals are set and monitored.

Communicate and implement a sound strategy to team members that embraces change management. Build partnerships and collaborate at all levels of the organization (up, across, and down) You Have : Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 1+ years of leadership experience Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
