As a Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Associate, you'll be working on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Organizing, executing, managing, and documenting workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts, and the consulting team.
  • Collaborating effectively with other members of the consulting team to arrive at best-in-class solutions, providing sustainable and scalable solution architecture and applications to meet client requirements.
  • Delivering high-quality business and software solutions & services to clients, ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configurations / customizations.
  • Ensuring completeness in meeting business requirements and taking accountability for project deliverables, including project documentation, solution design, performance, reliability, testing features, etc.
  • Delivering all consultancy and configuration work according to our project methodology.
  • Designing solutions using maximum Out-of-the-Box (OoB) features and providing technical design or developing / customizing solution approaches for identified gaps.
  • Contributing to activities such as technical presales, building demos, and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations.
  • Working on the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates.
  • Proactively identifying risks and providing suggestions to mitigate them.
  • Supporting practice development activities, such as defining, solutioning, and configuring industry-specific solutions.
  • Being an active member of technical and design working groups within the practice.

Experiences And Skills :

  • Progressive experience as a consultant with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE / CRM, preferably in a global / multi-country scenario.
  • Experience in developing Data Migration Strategy, approach, and testing methodology.
  • At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 CE.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM covering a wide range of industries and sectors.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Portals / Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI / CD implementation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework, including extensive experience writing ASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins / custom workflows), is an advantage.
  • Can perform Fit-Gap analysis, high-level estimation & Functional Solutioning.
  • Good understanding of System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model, including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall / Agile), development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and hypercare support.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and / or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
