Director of Field Operations

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Denver Metro Based Company seeking a GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS to oversee and lead their tight knit but welcoming Field Operations group.

This is a 1st generation owned and operated business and thriving Site Development company that prides themselves on their Top-Notch industry culture and core values.

Company specializes in Denver and Surrounding Site Dev Projects for some of the industries leading General Contractors within Commercial, Hvy Industrial, Data Center, Multi Family, Retail, Hospitality, Misc.

This reputable client needs someone to step in and run their field teams / Supers / PMs / Projects / Etc

Qualifications needed but no limited to :

• Prior General Superintendent Experience minimum 3yrs
• 10+yrs minimum experience with similar site development projects and scope
• Experience overseeing safety, equipment, manpower, maintenance, fleet vehicles, tools, processes, software, hardware, systems, feedback loop, communication, personnel management, training, leadership, department documentation, etc.
• Assertive, intense, independent, organized and thorough personality
• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferred, Masters is even better
• Experience in similar sized company now or larger preferred
• Ability to oversee 200 field staff in a multi divisional company
• Firm grasp / understanding of Cost & Data Analysis, Scheduling, Cost Mgmt, Quality Analysis, Feedback Loops, Best Practices, Safety, Logistics, etc
• Minimal regional travel of up to 25% (vehicle provided, clean driving record required)
