As a highly experienced analytics individual you will be joining part of the Oracle Analytics Product Management team, which focuses building programs to grow revenues and accelerate customer adoption of Oracle’s Analytics products.
This position is focused on building programs to scale revenues for Fusion Data Intelligence in North America. You will train sales leaders on the value of analytics, partner with marketing to create focused campaigns, engage customers to promote their success, and develop insights on the business.

Director of Strategy for Fusion Data Intelligence
What You’ll Be Responsible for
Developing the go-to-market strategy for Fusion Data Intelligence across cloud sales channels in NA. This will involve :
Monitoring business performance
- Be a champion for using our analytics tools to run our business
- Lead regional operations reviews to track progress
Creating programs to build and progress pipeline
- Lead the Analytics Innovation Sprint Program in NA
- Execute regional roadshows to progress pipeline
- Create Innovation Sprint sales kits including messaging and customer stories
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to attract new and retain existing customers
- Assist in customer reference process and executive engagement
Educating sales on value of analytics
- Host sales leadership briefings
- Execute enablement plan shaped by sales channel
- Facilitate content development for sales enablement
- Promote new product releases and commercial value to sales community
- Amplify our message through webinars, email communications and social channels
- Measure the uptake on enablement and overall sales readiness
Contribute to the customer excellence program
- Document wins for potential marketing references
- Lead Executive Excellence Program in NA
- Promote advocacy and customer stories
Required Skills / Experience
What You’ll Bring
What we looking for :
- 5+ years’ experience of the Analytics market
- Extensive knowledge of the Oracle Analytics product offering
- Previous experience in business development, product management or product marketing
- A strong working knowledge of sales channel and the commercial aspects of taking products to market
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and operate at the highest levels
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams as well as individually
- Passionate about customer experience and about the power of analytics
- A wide existing network across the Oracle organization would be beneficial
- Guided customers on how to create value from analytics
- Demonstrated sales and commercial acumen
- Communication skills and can simplify complex issues
- Strong aptitude for using programmatic demand generation
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment

US : Hiring Range : from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
