About The Position
- Weekly Pay Range - $2004 To $2226 Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Outpatient, Pediatrics Focused Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour days Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred License : State license;
- National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy registration Certifications : CPR certification within 90 days of hire;
- State driver's license for those providing Driving Evaluations Must-Have : Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills;
excellent computer skills; analytical ability; ability to communicate effectively with patients and teams Job Description : Assist patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment- Perform examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status, focusing on musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems- Gather information from patient charts, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served- Establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients, document status, and assist in resolving problems- Willingness to participate in a drug-free environment and comply with all necessary screenings- Work well with others and exhibit reliability in following call-off policies and orientation procedures
