Pediatric Nurse LPN - $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Full Time Weekdays or Weeknights
Monday through Friday only, NO WEEKENDS

KenCrest is seeking Pediatric Nurses to provide quality care and support to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children's Transitional Care Homes.
Our Children's Homes serve as a steppingstone between the hospital and the family residence. Our Care Teams train and prepare parents and guardians to manage their children's needs for when they are back in the family home with their loved ones.
Our qualified I / DD and social work professionals work together to assess the children for any potential intellectual or development disabilities.
As a Staff LPN, you will provide quality nursing care on a 3 : 1 patient to nurse basis, complete evaluations, assessments, participate in care team planning, and implement interventions for appropriate care delivery.

Qualifications :
- LPN License in the state of PA
- Minimum three (3) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience, required
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
