Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing / HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA.
The ideal candidate should have a local presence, a stable work history, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, the candidate should be well-versed in tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Previous involvement in large-scale commercial projects is crucial.
Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Take charge of commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, leading from initiation to successful completion.
- Design and Estimation : Contribute to the design and estimation processes for commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Project Management : Oversee project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Document Control : Utilize tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective document management and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices in plumbing and HVAC activities.
- Reporting : Generate comprehensive project status reports for senior management and clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
- Proficiency in construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience with large-scale commercial projects is essential.
