- Competitive Compensation ranging from $65,280 to $108,000 annually.Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.
The bottom range indicates little to no experience at typical starting rates reaching full time status at 20 visits completed weekly.
The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing the full-time minimum requirement of 20 visits completed weekly.

As an MGA Clinical Fellow (CFY), you can expect :

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with CF mentor to establish and reach individualized goals. Communication is available in-person and virtual.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
- Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders or related degree
- Current Colorado Speech Language Pathology License is required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Current BLS CPR Certification per state regulations
- Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the State
