Job Description

This is a hybrid role with travel to Landover, MD

Turner & Townsend Heery is actively seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Washington DC / Landover, MD.

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations and communication materials for program management services.

Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

Responsibilities

• Prepares public sector proposals and presentations for new business development in response to RFPs / RFIs providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging, and compliance to RFP / RFI.
• Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads and edits content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
• Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
• Assists local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed.
• Maintains and updates marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials.
• Provides quality control for work products, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used.
• Oversees production for deliverables.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
• May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and / or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and / or project.

• Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the A / E / C industry required.
• Experience with federal government proposals, including SF330s is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of (5) five to (10) ten years of related experience and / or training.
• Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A / E / C industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with In-Design is required.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.
• Experience with developing Social Media content is a plus.
