Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking an experienced professional to lead the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence (CoE). The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and driving innovation within the organization.

Key responsibilities include :

• Engaging with stakeholders to collect insights and evaluate relevant information to inform the establishment of the AI CoE.
• Assessing collected information against our AI framework to formulate options and recommendations.
• Developing a program charter that outlines the purpose, scope, roles, and responsibilities of the AI CoE.
• Creating a draft roadmap that outlines strategic steps for the AI CoE's development and implementation.
• Producing a comprehensive study based on the assessment to guide the AI CoE's establishment.

Requirements :

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, MIS, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science with 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with leaders to resolve complex issues and providing leadership on strategic projects.
• Familiarity with data science, AI, and management consulting.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience in delivering methodologies on engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in consultative settings.

Minimum Requirements

TCS142, T4, Band 7

Preferred Qualifications :

• Related consulting experience, particularly in AI and data science.
• Previous experience with Federal engagements.
• Experience with Big 4 consulting firms is a plus.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
