Transfiguration Catholic School is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to help increase school enrollment through marketing and outreach initiatives. This position requires approximately 10 hours per week, some of it outside traditional school hours.The main responsibilities include :
- Increasing and maintaining our online presence in a variety of social media formats.
- Assisting with the updating and maintenance of our website and other data resources.
- Coordinating enrollment efforts (e.g. mailings, managing prospective student lists, contacting families, scheduling tours).
- Organizing events for local families to come to the school and have greater awareness of its offerings.
- Communicating with alumni, parents, and community members with the goal of increasing enrollment and funding.
