Job Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, including transferring residents to and from beds and wheelchairs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with meals and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition.
- Take and record vital signs like temperature and blood pressure.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control protocols.
Requirements :
- Valid Wisconsin CNA license
