Installation Operations Lead — Heat Pump Systems

Location : Albany, NY

What you’ll own

  • Lead end‑to‑end installation efforts—from kickoff to final sign‑off.
  • Align crew schedules and resources to meet project timelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve on‑site technical issues as they arise.
  • Mentor junior technicians in safe, correct installation practices.
  • Capture complete, accurate records of project progress and details.

How you’ll succeed

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and clients to confirm scope and requirements.
  • Supervise work quality and provide hands‑on training to the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during installation.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation from start to finish.
  • Uphold safety regulations and company policies on every site.
