Compensation & Benefits
Walmart offers competitive pay and performance-based bonus awards, with health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. PTO is provided, and additional paid leave options exist. The amount of PTO depends on job classification and length of employment and meets applicable paid sick leave laws where applicable. Salary ranges vary by location : Seattle, WA 108,000.00–216,000.00; Denver, CO 99,000.00–198,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses and stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1 : Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.Option 2 : 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.Preferred Qualifications
