Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor providing a positive first impression of the hotel
• Assist guests with luggage handling ensuring a smooth and effortless checkin process
• Park and retrieve guests vehicles safely and efficiently maintaining a secure and organized valet area
• Provide information about the hotels facilities services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests aiming to exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
