About The Team

Product Management at Bluberi is the liaison to and from research and development representing the market, sales, customers, players, trends, and the competition, understanding market needs, setting roadmap generalities, and market requirements.

Summary

Position Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Product Expertise : Play, watch and read all about slot machines. Passion, curiosity and a want to always learn more. Have an understanding of competitors in the market, industry trends and even geographic phenomena! Document and share that information company wide to keep everyone up-to-date and savvy on all things slots.
  • Market Research : Comfort to take trips, get in front of customers and players to understand what’s working and what’s not.

Ability to share that information with development teams providing valuable insight that will continue to make Bluberi games great.

Be a Do-er : Ability to leverage data, resources and tools to overcome roadblocks and make strategic decisions on how to move forward no matter the problem given.

Long Term Growth Functions

  • Become a Slot Product Expert : Study and learn the industry becoming a key resource for development, sales and executives for everything slots.
  • Game Launch Process : Lead multiple games through our product launch, including items like market collateral, account executive training, test bank reporting and company wide release celebrations!
  • Market Facing : Travel with Account Executives to different markets. Chat with customers, discover trends, play new games and document & share insight with other stakeholders within the organization.
  • Test Bank Program : Continue to build and refine the Bluberi Test Bank Program. Find new partners, manage the testing roadmap, analyze and share results with development teams.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.
  • PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook all used frequently and at a high level.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the casino gaming industry.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker, team player.
  • Must possess great attention to detail, organizational skills, and tenacity.

Work environment

Las Vegas or Remote US.

Physical demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to see color and the ability to adjust focus.

Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least ten (10) pounds.

Travel Required

Ability to travel (40-50%), some international.

Pay Range

$100K - $130K
