We are seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician's assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in post-acute and long-term care at a skilled nursing facility.
This position will serve the state of Virginia. New Grads are Welcome!
LOCATION - Multiple sites throughout Virginia (30-60 days assignments and then move to next site)
Responsibilities : Start date : ASAP

- Three-month contract with an option to convert to a permanent employee
- Full-Time contract; 40hrs / week (8-4 or 9-5)
- Pay : $75 Hourly (Housing and Trans. Included - all-inclusive rate would be $85-$90) an hour
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- ADC 25-28 patients / day
- EMR : Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
- Ability to document on-site, laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
Qualifications :
- FNP; current CMEs
- Active / clear Virginia - NP or PA License
- An unencumbered DEA license is required (Virginia)
- Self-motivated, directed, flexible, and a team player
- Ability to chart daily visits in an EMR promptly
- Clean Background for expedited credentialing
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
