Your Job :

Brooks is the leader in performance run at retail and has won by creating connections between the brand, the retailer and consumer.

As the runner becomes more and more digitally connected, there is an opportunity to win with the runner and retailer by building this connection in the digital world through partnership with our retailers.

Your opportunity is to make Brooks a digital leader in retail and continue to grow our brand with runners via our digital marketing strategy in partnership with our key retail accounts.

The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist Retail will develop and execute on digital marketing campaigns with our key retail accounts.

Winning in this role will be to develop, implement, execute, and report on media strategies aligning to our KPIs, that will bring new runners into the brand via our wholesale retail partners and drive sell-through via our retail partners sites and stores.

Responsibilities :

Develop go to market planning for core product launches andmake recommendations to current strategies with select retail accounts.

Marketing channels including paid social, programmatic media, search and other digital tactics for prospecting and retargeting runners to drive conversion at our key retail accounts.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal marketing, retail and sales teams to build annual paid digital marketing plans across select retailers included : Hibbett, Scheels, Nordstrom, Finish Line, and key Family Footwear Retailers (list subject to change).
  • Manage budget allocation decisions across paid channels and work cross-functionally with the Retail Marketing Manager for select retail accounts to ensure paid efforts are funded properly and efficiently according to goals.
  • Manage the implementation and execution of campaigns across key accounts including trafficking creative assets, campaign monitoring, and optimization recommendations to further improve current strategies and scale future programs.
  • Manage the creative brief process for product launch campaigns across key retail accounts ensuring assets are designed to enhance the user experience, drive results, and are created with each specific media platforms best practices in mind.
  • Manage reporting needs for select retail campaigns on a bi-weekly basis to keep internal teams abreast of campaign performance, budget optimizations, and applicable recommendations.
  • Partner with Paid Digital Marketing Manager, Retail in development of quarterly business reports for key account campaigns by aggregating data, analyzing, drawing insights, and providing recommendations to improve paid spend.
  • Responsible for preparing reporting and assisting in presenting findings / recommendations at key internal and external meetings throughout the year.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or similar required.
  • 2+ years of related experience in digital marketing. Experience in paid social, programmatic media and other digital tactics required.
  • Experience working with retailers, or on a consumer brand, a plus.
  • Experience working on Amazon Marketplace or within SEM, a plus.
  • Understanding of cross-channel marketing tactics.
  • Ability to efficiently analyze data and tell its story to stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Experience with agency and vendor management a plus.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, accurate, professional, and accountable.
  • Is a problem solver. Proactively seeks creative solutions to achieve better runner experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Passionate participation in Brooks sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
