LTN is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Team based at LTN's corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD (hybrid).
This person will support accounting functions for our accounts receivable and accounts payable teams.
This person should have experience generating customer invoices and / or entering and coding vendor bills into an accounting system.
Excellent customer service skills to nurture external relationships are required, as you will be the point of contact for customers and vendors.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Monitor the accounts receivable and accounts payable inbox on a daily basis.
- Work closely with customers and vendors to resolve account issues as they arise.
- Generate monthly invoices for full-time services.
- Work with internal teams to determine service start dates, then prepare sales orders for billing.
- Monitor and analyze portal data at the end of each month. Prepare invoices as needed.
- Send collection notices to customers to ensure prompt payment.
- Ad hoc responsibilities may include posting cash receipts, creating sales orders, compiling support documents for audit requests, and performing account analysis.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated and directed.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience with financial software systems (Netsuite, Quickbooks)
