Location : Atlanta, GA 30342 (Local – W2 candidates only)
Duration : 3-month contract (with possible extension or conversion to FTE)
Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Transformation Lead to optimize our Marketo tech stack , streamline campaign / program setup, and eliminate technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
Audit the current Marketo instance and propose key optimizations
Redesign campaign / program hierarchy for Salesforce sync & reporting
Clean up forms / landing pages & enforce best practices for MQL channels
Document processes into a scalable Marketing Playbook
Research & prepare for emerging tools like CDPs and AI solutions
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in Marketing Ops / Automation
Strong lead management & process design skills
Excellent collaboration across teams and time zones
