Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative join our team.
Schedule is full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. This position is eligible for quarterly production bonuses, currently being paid out at $1000.
This is not a remote position.

Requirements
The customer service representative will be responsible for managing customer information and performing administrative duties for the Repair Station.
They will :
- Coordinate daily Repair Station activity between the customer and the Repair Station Manager via phone and email.
- Send, receive and process customer email traffic primarily involving status and service details.
- Provide quotation and updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Review warranty claims and verify status.
- Review contract items specific to the repair station requirements for processing customer articles.
- Process pro-forma invoices.
- Provide back up for Shipping and Receiving functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Six to twelve months of related customer service experience.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Read / Write Fluently in English
- Must be well-organized, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment
- MS Office Suite including; Outlook, Excel, Access, and MSWord.
